It's hard to see it coming close to the previous high unless there's a full scale degen altseason. At that point people will look to pump tokens at a particular market cap as opposed to ones with good utility. Plebbit may tip previous highs then.

And each altseason is degen. Last one in 2021 was broken by the chinese ban on crypto september 2021.
Plebbit is a microcap with explosive volatility. That tend to have a particular pattern during the alt season.
