Captcha stands for "Completely Automated Public Turing Test to tell Computers and Humans Apart". PoW isn't a captcha.

Deep learning can solve traditionnal captchas. However, i suspect the CPU power used to crack the traditional captcha with deep learning isn't worth the spam.
