sub owners can already assign moderators https://github.com/plebbit/plebbit-cli#adding-a-role-moderator-to-your-sub since Rinse added the challenge API a week or so ago, moderation doesn't require challenges, so it's super fast. I deleted 30 spam posts in one minute, peer-to-peer but one problem persists, sub owners/admins/mods might be offline, if there's a small number of them for a sub, and for that we're planning to add the mod queue, so each post can be left "pending" until approved by a mod. if approved, it appears to all users
