nonzero, I'm trying my best to convince myself to apply to a startup incubator to build this. But even if I don't do it this year, I'm pretty sure someone else will start working on it in a year or two, because it's a pretty huge business opportunity with guaranteed demand, especially at first (it would start as a monopoly).
