A $1B mcap is guaranteed (on eth, in a bull) because the token will be correctly implemented in the clients, driving usage of it. Unless someone figures out a way to create a client for the protocol that's somehow way better than both the plebchan client or the plebbit client, and implements a different token. But this seems to be extremely unlikely because the clients are getting better each day that passes, and because of the timing, which is massively in our favor (we as current devs).
