This is because plebbit is buggy, slow and unreliable. Whenever I tried to post nothing comes up. I will try again now.

Ok. It looks like the bug has been fixed. The captcha pooped up instantly on firefox web client. It would be impressive if from now on there is 100% uptime and captcha retrieval.
